These filipino breakfast rolls are straight up heaven on earth. They're like a cross between a cinnamon roll, and a croissant. Most times they're smothered with a rich buttercream then covered with a deliciously salty sharp cheese, but I also like to make giant naked ones that are perfect for making ridiculous sandwiches on, or just stuffing your face in the middle of your day.


Mine are a bit unconventional featuring orange blossoms & black tea.
